Chilling Out Naturally with Monq

I get more of a benefit from the deep breath and exhaling the vapor out my mouth to just smell the scents out in the air than I do exhaling them from my nose – I’m just weird like that. However, either way on these two is great, you just don’t get the FULL benefit unless you use it properly and exhale it through your nose.

The Zen is my favorite so far. I used it this morning before coming into work. It’s such a relaxing scent that puts you at ease. I will definitely be trying out others. These will be a fixture in my chill-out routine for sure.
